ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Provide outstanding guest service to coffee shop customers at all times. Prepare and serve beverages to guests while working behind a counter. Serve cake and pastry products. Receive money and/or credit cards and use a credit card machine and POS system. Keep the coffee shop well stocked. Ensure all beverages are prepared according to beverage guidelines and in a timely manner. Maintains the cleanliness of the coffee shop area.
