Commercial Card Product Delivery- Payments- Senior Associate

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Commercial Card, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. You will have the opportunity to work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. Your primary responsibilities will include content writing, providing technical documentation and client communication support for Commercial Card channels. This role offers you the chance to effectively create content that educates, informs and engages customers, prospects, and our internal teams by simplifying complex and technical ideas and employing clear and simple language.

 

Job responsibilities

Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources Develop, write, organize, and deliver digital content (online help, developers’ guides, release notes, and UI microcopy, etc.) for new and existing products. Produce technically accurate and well-written documentation, working with cross-functional partners to understand and align on project objectives, goals, and requirements. Create and test content (PDF and HTML) for accessibility compliance to ensure the best experience for all users. Ensure consistency of style and tone in all materials, following corporate standards and accepted technical writing principles. Leverage user insights and data to inform and optimize content. Engage and collaborate with other internal support teams to create a holistic and comprehensive writing approach and strategy.  Manage concurrent projects from start to finish, adapt to changing priorities, and meet all deadlines.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities Experience in product deployment processes  Experience with content development and authoring tools, primarily Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Acrobat. Working knowledge of HTML, XML, and HTML5 Experience working with technical experts to translate information into clear, logical, layperson content for use in online help, developers’ guides, release notes, etc. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage schedules and deadlines for multiple projects Knowledge of Content Strategy methods and trends with practical experience applying this knowledge   Experience adhering to documented standards for brand and copy including style, voice and tone. Familiarity with style guides such as the Microsoft Writing Style Guide Strong research, problem-solving, and analytical skills; attention to detail; willingness to explore new ideas and creative solutions Experience working in cross-functional teams, interacting with designers, researchers, usability specialists, product managers, marketing, and legal and compliance experts

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle Financial Services industry experience Familiarity with accessibility concepts and the use of a screen reader (NVDA or JAWS) to test PDF and HTML5 files Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, English, journalism, or other writing-intensive program, with superior written and oral communication and grammatical skills  Overall knowledge of Kanban methodology for managing visualizing work, managing in-progress work and maximizing efficiency with a content management backlog
