Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Property and Casualty Account Manager.

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our commercial insurance book of business, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the highest level of service and coverage for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Quote New Business/Renewal Opportunities within the Commercial Insurance Market to build you book of business

Manage and grow an existing portfolio of  General Business clients , providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions

Assess clients’ insurance needs, analyze risks, and recommend appropriate coverage options

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters and other stakeholders

Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and changes to the insurance market

Collaborate with the underwriting team to negotiate terms and pricing on behalf of clients

Prepare and present insurance proposals and reports to clients

Handle client inquiries, claims and policy changes efficiently and professionally

Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

Qualifications:

5+years of Experience in Commercial Insurance Account Management (Required)

Strong Knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance Products

Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)

Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills

Detail-Oriented with Strong Analytical and Problem Solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a Team

EPIC, Word, Excel, Outlook

Pay Details:

Annual Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
