We are actively hiring a Commercial Services Specialist (CSS) with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our team working in Chantilly, VA. You will support accreditation and security assessments on complex network and system infrastructure.  The CSS provides network communication procurement and necessary maintenance of service providers.  This includes requesting quotes, contracts, and delivery of network communications, and calling out network communications trouble calls and keeping up-to-date with ongoing service provider maintenance.  This also includes working with internal customers on contracts and internal procedures.
 
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:Provide deep analysis of CSS reporting and CSS dutiesWork with Finance Team to improve and streamline payment processProvide weekly and monthly reportsResearch providersEstablish contracts with providersEstablish accountsProvide customer site surveysReport scheduled maintenance from providersCheck and monitor email accounts and vendor websites for invoices and billing  questions/issuesBasic Qualifications:Degree in Business or related discipline4+ years related experienceProven Project Management experienceProven Contract Management experienceProven Financial Management experienceMust have strong customer service skills and exceptional communication skills.
