Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL | Pay Rate: $66.01/hour | Schedule: FT - Standard Work Day
 
Role Overview:
PDS Tech Commercial is on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Senior Manager of Communications to spearhead both internal and external communications efforts for our Chief Technology & Sustainability Officer (CTO & CSO). As a key player, you'll be instrumental in amplifying the Company's groundbreaking technology, sustainability initiatives, and newly launched Carrier Energy business unit. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Employee Communications: Design and implement robust internal communication strategies that align with the organization’s vision. Manage the writing and distribution of key organizational messages, newsletters, and leadership communications. Lead and coordinate quarterly virtual Town Halls to foster company-wide connection. Oversee content on the company’s intranet, ensuring the information is up-to-date, engaging, and accessible. Manage employee recognition programs and celebrate organizational milestones to enhance company culture. External Communications: Plan and execute communication strategies to elevate the Company brand and thought leadership, particularly in sustainability and innovation. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all communications. Coordinate sustainability-focused speaking engagements and amplify company visibility in key external forums. Executive Support: Develop executive-level presentations for various internal and external engagements, from town halls to board meetings. Manage the CTO & CSO’s travel schedules and coordination, ensuring strategic alignment with business priorities. Provide strategic counsel to the CTO & CSO on communication matters, both internally and externally. Sustainability and Speaking Engagements: Coordinate and manage high-profile sustainability-related speaking events for senior executives. Ensure seamless execution of speaking engagements by drafting key materials and liaising with event organizers. Team and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support communication efforts across the organization. Foster close relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of priorities.  
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 8+ years of proven experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or a similar role. Expert-level writing, editing, and presentation skills. Experience managing executive-level communications and maintaining confidentiality. Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams), LinkedIn, SharePoint, and Poppulo. Strong experience in external communications and sustainability messaging. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with sustainability-related communications and speaking engagement coordination. Proven track record of working with C-suite executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Pay Details: $66.01 per hour
