What You Will Do:

As a Communications / Strategy Consultant, you understand the importance of strategic communications as being foundational to the understanding and buy-in of initiatives that support the organization's mission. You have the ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups, distill complex concepts into business terms, and recommend solutions that will ultimately shape and influence stakeholder buy-in of future organizational efforts. You will work with senior executive clients and fellow teammates to drive transformation across the organization.

What You Will Need:

An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI federal security clearance with a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraphBachelor's DegreeTHREE (3)+ years' of federal government experience


What Would Be Nice To Have:

Experience developing and implementing strategic communication plans in support of client stakeholdersStrong presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms to all levels of managementDemonstrated ability to effectively and successfully engage with and brief senior leaderships on findings, processes, goals, and recommended solutionsAdept at learning the client business, creating internal partnerships, fostering collaboration, and engaging disparate stakeholder groupsExperience with data-related strategic communicationsExperience developing strategic communications in line with organizational strategic priorities and objectives
