Here's what you'll do: + Partner with individuals and/or groups to identify their career goals and interests. + Teach classes of adults with disabilities as a part of our paid internship program + Provide on-the-job support and mentorship at workplaces. + Advocate for inclusion and accessibility in the workplace. + Celebrate successes and milestones with program participants! Qualifications: + Two years of experience providing direct services to individuals with disabilities or in other social service settings. + One year of experience in a relevant field, such as rehabilitation, retail, or education (preferred). + Valid California driver's license and reliable car for work purposes (required). + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (preferred).
