Improved work/life balance **Principal Accountabilities** + Enter grade of carcass correctly and efficiently + Run reports and edits throughout the day. + Track taggers/USDA grades + Responsible for inventory during shift and graded cattle are on their proper rail + Constant communication with sales cooler personnel and rail runners in Fabrication + Ensuring food safety and quality + Cleanliness and housekeeping + Maintaining a safe working environment **Required Qualifications** + Legal to work in the US without the need of a Visa sponsorship + Must be 18 years or older + Basic Computer skills + Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. + Ability to read, write, and speak English + Previous work history **Preferred Qualifications** + Previous Cargill Experience **Considered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
