Consor is looking for Construction Inspectors to support the growth of our construction management group in the Western United States. This position will offer you an opportunity to travel to unique destinations to inspect both state and federal projects. If you join our team, you will work with a team of internal and external staff, including other construction inspectors, managers, and documentation specialists. Hourly Range:  $73/hour - $80/hour

What You'll Do

We are seeking an experienced construction inspector to provide inspection on bridge, roadway, and highway  infrastructure construction.

What You'll Need

 

At least 10 years of experience in construction inspection of civil infrastructure projects such as transportation (bridge/highway/roadway) construction. Demonstrated knowledge of quality control / quality assurance construction inspection means and methods; knowledge of current construction inspection techniques; and knowledge of safe working practices and regulations in relation to different types and phases of construction.At least three (3) years of experience using construction management software systems.Certification needed to perform inspection according to best industry practice, such as a nationally and construction industry recognized technical certification related to mechanical construction.A baccalaureate degree in engineering or experience as a millwright or similar trade is desired.Candidate must be flexible to service construction projects in the greater Sacramento area.
