We are currently recruiting for the position of: 

 

Construction Manager - Modesto, CA

The Construction Manager works on-site to manage and oversee construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Business development including contacts, proposals, and negotiations with oversight by Sr. Manager, ConstructionConducts pre-construction reviews prepared by Sr Construction managerExecutes projects based on higher level reviews and assemblyCoordinates outside vendors and contractors, including municipalities and other regulatory agenciesReviews and monitors labor, equipment, and material resources for successful completion of projectManages CPM schedule.Reviews all billing to ensure timely submission payment applicationsManages day-today operations of construction contracts; schedule, coordinate and monitor vendors on special projects.Provide advice and efficient solutions to store team members for equipment issues.Ensure all required repairs and maintenance are performed; perform preventative maintenance of equipment and assets.Perform related duties as required 

Hiring pay range: $70,158.00 - 91,562.00

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience: 5 Years related experience in construction and maintenance roles

Education: 4 year/Bachelors degree and/or equivalent experience/training

Other Requirements: 60% travel
