Our client is a national company that develops and constructs mult-family apartment communities. They are looking for a Construction Manager with a good job record and a strong background in Construction Management, with a strong preference for multi-family construction. This person will eventually work their way up to be a Corporate Construction Manager to handle new projects, planning, budgets, etc. Must have management background in high volume home/apartment construction and must have managed crews, budgets, timing, and all aspects of multifamily or high volume residential construction.
