Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Product Architect in San Jose, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Drive the development of Cloud-based technologies, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design/development, and systems development life cycle. Participate in the delivery of comprehensive network transformation projects; help achieve the most out of existing infrastructure. Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud, by driving the design and development. Drive aspects of the full software development life cycle, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; and estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the components in the design.

10% Travel required nationally. Telecommuting permitted. Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

Performing aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects, change requests, and escalations and urgent issues utilizing ServiceNow and Jira; Converting legacy data according to current system’s data structure using data warehouse concepts including Amazon Web Services (AWS) RedShift, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) BigQuery, PostgreSQL, and Tableau; Designing conversion strategies and mapping rules between legacy data and the current system database to facilitate data conversion; Developing detailed implementation plans for deploying Supervised and Unsupervised Machine Learning (ML) Models functionalities and integrations, establishing key project milestones, and developing high-level architecture; Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, utilizing draw.io and C4 Model; Defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, and designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing Cloud technology solutions using Microsoft (MS) Azure, AWS, and GCP; Developing and reviewing required project documentation, including gap analysis reports, process flow diagrams, roles and responsibilities documentation, and process documents; and Driving aspects of ML projects and workstreams, including monitoring and identifying project issues to mitigate risks.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $135,283.00 - $198,375.00.
