Under general direction from the Senior Marketing Manager, develop and implement business strategies, marketing plans, market research, advertising, promotions, and strategy for new product development for the full Gloves category across all retail channels.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.

Work Experience

At least 3 years of marketing experience.Brand management and new product development experience is a plus.Retail or CPG experience preferred.Strong presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to manage and lead in a matrix organization.Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and analytical skills.Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.Advanced level experience in PowerPoint, MS Office.
