Summary Cypress Creek Renewables is seeking a highly motivated candidate to monitor the daily operation of a rapidly growing portfolio of utility-scale PV plants. The Control Center Operator will perform continuous real-time monitoring and control of Solar Facility performance, energy yield, and output. The candidate will be trained in the essential knowledge and skills necessary to monitor and operate utility-scale solar generation facilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Complete initial operator training program designed to prepare candidates to independently perform remote monitoring and operation of solar facilities. + Closely monitor the day-to-day operation of numerous 2MW to 100MW solar projects + Respond to DAS Alerts, SCADA Alarms, and abnormal facility conditions by alerting appropriate parties + Act as point of contact for field technicians, remote plant operators, utilities, and transmission operators regarding performance, control, and schedules for solar facilities. + Responsible for maintaining availability levels at each solar facility as well as following curtailment directives + Perform daily reporting of solar facility performance. + Data analysis of underperforming systems. + Aid field technicians with system troubleshooting and providing routine dispatch.
