This role is responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, tax filings, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced in managing small teams, and skilled in developing accounting systems to support a growing business. This is a strategic position that works closely with leadership to ensure financial transparency and operational efficiency. Responsibilities:• Oversee general ledger, month-end and year-end closings, and financial statement preparation
• Coordinate the development of the annual budget and monthly forecasts
• Manage payroll processing and related tax filings for all employees
• Supervise accounts payable and project accounting staff, including coaching and performance development
• Oversee corporate cash management and support tax compliance with outside CPA Qualifications and Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8–10 years of accounting experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations is a plus
