Full-Time Controller Reports to: Chief Financial Officer 168 Centre Street New York, New York, 10013 United States Responsibilities : + Direct and supervise personnel within the Fiscal Department + Oversee day to day accounting functions of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and cash flow management + Direct and supervise the preparation of all financial reports + Direct and supervise the preparation of all financial reports for grant/contract requirements + Preparation of monthly, annual, and budgeted financial statements + Coordination of external auditors + Assume additional managerial duties as appropriate to the position + Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications : + Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred + 10 years of experience in health care fiscal management or applicable experience Compensation and Benefits : + Salary: $130,000.00 - 145,000.00 per year + Medical insurance + Employer-paid dental, vision, disability and life insurance + 403(b) retirement savings plan + Flexible spending accounts for transit, parking, health and dependent care + Paid time off (28 days for the first year of employment) + Employee Assistance Program + Tuition reimbursement for eligible employees, and + The Health Center is qualified for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
