This is a full time, benefits eligible, hourly position with a hiring range of $18.63-22.83 per hour plus shift differentials for evening and weekend hours. 6 pm-12 am is an additional $1.50/hr and weekends is an additional $1.00/hr
Core Responsibilities:
Review production sheets and menus to prepare a variety of food items according to recipes and volume requirements. Prepare proteins, vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients for daily meal production, including salad bar items. Cook and prepare food items at individual stations throughout the shift, following supervisor's instructions and production sheets. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain timely and efficient meal service. Assist other cooks and dining staff as needed. Conduct taste tests and ensure food presentation meets quality standards before service. Set up service lines with fresh food to avoid shortages or excess.
