Join our St. Michael's Home for Children team as a Cook! The Cook prepares and serves food items in accordance with governing standards including but not limited to the City of Houston, ORR, and TDFPS Licensing. Work closely with supervisor to ensure menus are prepared to meet dietary regulations and served as needed. Ensure kitchen operations meet all City/County health and safety requirements. Additionally, Cook is responsible for provide personalized care and services that uphold program policies and procedures in accordance with licensure, ensuring children’s rights to a safe, culturally sensitive and age-appropriate environment is in place.

New hires are eligible for a sign-on bonus, which will be paid out in two installments.
