The Administrative Coordinator Coordinator position in the Office of Civil Rights and Sexual Misconduct OCRSM provides executive level administrative support to the Director and Title IX Coordinator Director and assists with business office operations in a busy university environment This position handles sensitive information in the strictest of confidence and with appropriate discretion and tactThe Coordinator provides executive level support to the Director including but not limited to the following independently drafting legal communications related to the hearing and appeals processes coordinating logistics and sending legal notices for sexual misconduct hearings organizing and assisting the Director with special projects managing and maintaining the Directors calendar scheduling individual and group meetings coordinating details and preparing materials for meetings gathering documentation for legal and Public Information Act PIA requests reviewing and responding to background check requests and managing travel arrangements and reimbursementsThe Coordinator is also responsible for answering the main office telephone line and greeting all facultystaff students and visitors for the office This position requires the utmost discretion and sensitivity when interacting with the campus community and others who engage with the OCRSM The Coordinator responds independently to the general inquiries when appropriate and makes instant and accurate judgments in forwarding inquiries and requests to the OCRSM staff or other departments within the universityThis position is also responsible for assisting the OCRSM staff with travel managing documentation for all OCRSM staff compliance and professional development trainings for auditingreporting purposes onboarding and offboarding new staff assisting with catering and room rentals hosted by the Director managing documentation in the office case and document management software eg Box and Maxient and assisting the Intake Coordinator with data entry outreach and documentation when needed The Coordinator must be able to maintain the office website including but not limited to adding and removing special event information provided by the Director and OCRSM staff
