The duration of the training program is 2-3 years. The defined training program prepares the candidate to effectively administer CED’s credit policy through proficiency in financial review, problem solving, construction lien laws, and negotiations. We hire a small number of new trainees each year: self-motivated, adaptable, problem solvers. We invest a lot into each of them.
