Responsibilities

As a Crew Member, your personality and commitment to creating a delicious experience for everyone plus our amazing offerings equals the complete sandwich. Crew Members help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that our service will keep our customers coming back for more. 

You know the business and have at least six months of experience as a manager within a restaurant or retailYou are familiar with and have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service and will uphold Company Core ValuesYou're humble and ready to learn about what makes us differentYou're not afraid to jump in and help your team and lead them to the next levelPrepares and presents quality products at all timesMaintains a neat and clean work areaMaintains adequately stocked workstations; restocking stations as neededMeets reasonable expectancies established by the Restaurant Operations ManualAbility to learn in a fast-paced environmentAbility to maintain cash variances at acceptable levelsProjects a professional appearance and a positive attitude at all times in the restaurantAttends special meetings as scheduled by the management teamMaintain a fast speed of service, especially during rush timesTake orders from customers and input their selections into the restaurant's computer systemsAssemble orders on trays or in bags depending on the type of orderClean your station thoroughly before, during, and after each shiftRespond to guest questions, concerns, and complaints and make sure they leave satisfiedFollow all restaurant safety and security proceduresBe willing and able to be cross-trained for all restaurant duties

It is our policy to train Crew in as many skill areas as possible. You may not always be working in the same position. This makes your job more interesting to you as well as provides your manager with a well-trained crew, able to handle any work that needs to be done. This doesn't limit the things that you may be asked to do.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Machines, devices, tools, etc., are used in job performance and the conditions under which the job is accomplished. Minimum qualifications are needed to perform the essential job functions:

Stand for up to 8 hoursAble to lift 50 poundsUse motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wristsConsistently carries products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 70 poundsOccasionally climbs ladders to the roof to check A/C exhaust fanConsistently operates registers, calculator, Norand, Fastfax, mail, and productConsistently handles product preparationConsistently communicate with employees, customers, and suppliersConsistently kneels to utilize proper lifting procedures and to open safeRegularly lifts for product preparation, stocking, and inventoryConsistently pushes to open and close door to store and storage shed and office as well as cooler and freezersConsistently reaches for product preparation and serving customers and trainingConsistently sees during all activitiesRarely sits during the preparation of reports and bank depositsFrequently stands while serving customers and trainingFrequently stoops to pick up supplies and trashConsistently talks to employees, customers, suppliers, and company representatives
