CRM Domain Architect
What you’ll do

•    Drive/define the solution design of the domain assuring alignment with IT strategy and business needs
•    Manage domain implementation and delivery through mostly external parties
•    Assure domain readiness (QA, SIT) as part of a project
•    Production stability and support of the delivered projects


Project execution and delivery:
•    Collaborate closely with other IT teams, Network department and Group teams
•    Liaise with external partners about projects delivery and ensure the technical delivery of projects
•    Ensure the systems consistency across their lifecycle
•    Decommission resources that are no longer needed
•    Get involved on multiple projects in the value streams according to the organization needs and priorities


Relationship with other roles:
•    Is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a specific domain/system in Vodafone IT who provides consultation and coaching to development squads
•    Support with domain expertise the end2end architecture design of the project
•    Is responsible for the modernization and upgrades /uplifts of applications and systems

Who you are

•    At least 5 - 7 years of similar experience with strong background in application design, development & architecture in Oracle Siebel.
•    Experience in delivering complex solutions in  BSS area in a matrix environment.
•    Good understanding of integration/API technologies and web service standards. (i.e., WSDL, REST, SOAP).
•    Good understanding of open APIs (TM Forum).
•    Experience in database technologies.
•    Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Telecom industry.
•    Higher education in Computer Science, Engineering or a relevant field
•    Agile methodology and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
•    Masters Degree on IT related will be considered as an asset
