As part of McGraw Hill’s Administrative Resources Team, this individual will prioritize requests and assign core program full time and per diem consultants to assist with professional development, sales presentations, educational conference work, etc. as requested by sales reps and managers. This position is remote and candidates can reside anywhere in the United States. What you will be doing: Create, maintain, and expand a robust database for consultant information to provide skilled resources for requests Make assignments to best utilize consultants’ time and expertise and also prioritize the requests based on a variety of criteria including revenue potential and availability while minimizing travel expenses Will strive to fulfill the maximum number of requests while balancing the needs of sales managers and consultants Responsible for the overall core program consultant calendar, maintaining records of consultant requests, fulfilled requests, unfulfilled requests, and changes Communicate with consultants regarding new assignments, changes, and cancellations and also assist with travel obstacles and emergencies Responsible for communication with the sales staff and management regarding any procedural changes related to their consultant scheduling assignments Request and monitor feedback on per diem consultants and may be assigned other administrative projects as workload permits What you’ll need to be successful: Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional working years 5+ years of administrative scheduling work Highly organized with excellent prioritization Excellent problem solving and communication skills Flexible and detail-oriented Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel Knowledge of educational publishing strongly preferred Familiarity with MH sales organization Salesforce with Field Service experience strongly preferred The pay range for this position is between $48,000 - $56,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.  Additionally, a full range of medical and/or other benefits may be provided, depending on the position offered. Click here to learn more about our benefit offerings.
