Position Summary Perform maintenance, janitorial and labor work as directed to keep our facility well maintained, clean and safe for our employees and guests. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Employment Type: Full Time         Principle Responsibilities/Accountabilities * Sweeps floors. * Takes out the trash and recycling. * Cleans, sanitizes and stocks restrooms. * Wash windows. * Uses cleaning tools and outdoor power equipment. * Lawn mowing, trimming, weeding and edging as necessary. * Snow removal as necessary. * Performs other duties as assigned.
