Customer Sales Advisor

Minimum Requirements: 1 years targeted sales experience within the last 3 years.

Location: Remote, Mainland UK only

Competitive salary and bonus: £23,000 plus average bonus earning potential of £8,700 per annum. Uncapped bonus

Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday.

Start date: 3rd June 2024

The role you'll do:

As a Customer Sales Advisor in our busy Whirlpool department, you'll be the first point of contact for customers looking to register their appliances. Day-to-day, you'll:

Provide excellent customer service and register appliances efficiently.Use your sales and communication skills to upsell productsBuild rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs and put their interests first

What else to expect:

In a 3-week training programme (Mon - Fri: 09:00 - 17:30) you'll learn our systems, meet your new colleagues, perfect your sales technique and learn what makes a great customer experienceThis department has rotational shift patterns based on a 37.5-hour contract, between the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday. You would be working 1 full weekend and 2 Saturday's on a 8-week rotational schedule.Working from homeWe'll provide all the equipment you need, but you must have broadband access

The experience and skills you need:

1 years continuous and targeted sales experience within the last 3 yearsA driven mindset with strong customer service and sales skills and a love for hitting targetsExperience of working autonomously or in a home-based positionGreat communication skills - you're at ease building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when neededA team player committed to creating an excellent customer experienceUnflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks
