JOB TYPE: Full-time, Part-time

SCHEDULE:

8 hour shift

Day shift

Monday to Friday

Night shift

Weekend availability

SUMMARY:

 Managing incoming calls and transferring to the correct department.

 Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

 Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents.

Reduce ratio on non-connected calls via warm transfers.

REQUIREMENTS:

No experience necessary, training provided.

Strong understanding of proper writing, grammar and spelling guidelines.

Solid communication and people skills.

Reliable transportation to and from work. Must arrive on time.

Ability to work well within a team.

Customer service experience is a plus (this can include call centers, sales, retail and any experience that put you in front of customers on a regular basis) but we are looking for someone who is good with people above all else and has a desire to help others find solutions. Naturally communicative and upbeat.


EXPERIENCE:

Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

LANGUAGE:

Bilingual is a plus
