Brook Street are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our client's enthusiastic team. The right candidate needs to ensure the highest standards of customer service is consistently delivered, you are people focused, committed and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining relationships with portfolio of customersEnsure products are delivered on time and monitor for successful deliveryChecking in with customers to make sure they are happy with product and serviceLiaise with production team to help resolve any issues customers are experiencingAssisting new customers with account application forms and payment termsCredit checking and monitoring customer accountsInputting call information onto the company systemGeneral admin duties such as emailing, data entry, filing

Monday to Friday

Office hours

Salary: £24,000-£26,000 per annum
