\n \n Job Description

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for assisting customers with any troubles or inquiries that they might have. Often, customer service associates help customers over the phone or via email, but they may also deal with customers in person. A customer service associate must possess a service-oriented attitude, as well as a friendly and personable attitude.

\n Requirements

Duties include but are not limited to:

\n\nCoordinate with customers to resolve any billing inquiries.\nAct as the first point of contact for customers seeking help with products or technical issues.\nProvide troubleshooting and technical assistance to customers.\nAssess the customer's needs and translation into solutions.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n

Knowledge and Skills

\n\nKnowledge of general office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems, etc.).\nKnowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nProfessional customer service skills.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\nBilingual preferred (English/Spanish fluent)\n\n

Education and Experience

\n\nHigh School diploma or GED Required\nAssociates Degree Preferred\n0 – 3 years of directly related or closely related experience\n\n

Rate of Pay: $19.00 an hour.
