How do you excel in this position\n

The Collections Specialist is responsible for leading credit and collection activities with support from the business units' operating teams, as necessary. This individual will be expected to meet DSO targets established for each business unit along with the creation of monthly metrics\/dashboard for management reporting. \n

What are we looking for\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\n5 years of proven customer service and\/or collections experience.\nExperience with monthly reporting (DSO).\nWorking with ERP system or similar.\nProficient computer skills, including MS Office and Excel.\nStrong communication and customer service skills required.\nAbility to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.\nMust be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.\n\n
