Customer Service Representative
Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis through the end of December. This role involves making outbound calls to connect with individuals who may qualify for specific programs, assisting them in scheduling appointments, and documenting interactions as per provided scripts. The position is remote, but candidates must be able to pick up and return equipment in Boca Raton, Florida. Responsibilities: • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to individuals, ensuring all interactions follow provided scripts. • Assist individuals in understanding their eligibility for specific programs and schedule appointments as needed. • Leave clear and detailed voicemail messages when unable to reach the intended recipient. • Accurately document call outcomes and maintain detailed records in the system. • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. • Troubleshoot basic technical issues remotely and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team. • Utilize Microsoft Remote Desktop and other tools to access necessary systems efficiently. • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies and privacy regulations. • Coordinate with the Boca Raton office for equipment pick-up, drop-off, and troubleshooting if required. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment. • Proficiency in handling both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism. • Strong skills in data entry, email correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and remote desktop tools. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload). • Comfortable working with scripts and adhering to provided guidelines. • Strong communication skills and the ability to schedule appointments effectively. • A quiet and distraction-free workspace suitable for remote work.
