Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and emailProcess orders, track shipments, and resolve delivery issuesCoordinate with internal departments such as warehouse, dispatch, and transportation to ensure timely serviceMaintain accurate records in the customer service systemIdentify and escalate issues to ensure client satisfactionSupport fellow team members and contribute to the department’s overall efficiency

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation highly preferredStrong communication and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and OutlookDetail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
