Customer Service Rep
Martinic Engineering, Inc. manufactures precision machined parts for commercial and military aerospace applications, including auxiliary power units; and electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
JOB SUMMARY:
Primary customer contact and
internal liaison between the customer and internal Martinic departments,
including engineering, manufacturing, finance and quality. Addresses a variety
of customer needs including status requests, order processing, and quoting.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities and
Competencies:
Builds and maintains strong
relationships with key customer contacts and assures customer satisfaction with
a positive attitude, timely response, and attention to detail.
Responsible for customer order entry
and order confirmation.
Handles incoming requests for
order status, through coordination with Engineering, Operations, Planning,
Quality and Purchasing. Provides customer status on high visibility orders
while tracking internally.
Proactively manages on-time
delivery metrics through close internal coordination and recordkeeping.
Supports
sales team by processing quotations and proposals including pricing updates,
termination charges, and leadership approvals for customer submittals.
Provides office support including
but not limited to answering phones, general filing, and other administrative
tasks as required.
