Our client, a parts store located of Oxnard, CA is actively seek a poised and results-driven Customer Service Representative. You will be handling inbound calls, meticulous order processing among other duties.

Responsibilities:

Proficiently managing inbound calls with finesse and professionalismEfficiently processing orders with acute attention to detailDiligently addressing email inquiries in a timely mannerResolving customer concerns and discrepancies with tact and diplomacyMethodically overseeing the processing of samples with precision and efficiency

Qualifications:

Demonstrated proficiency in both verbal and written communicationTyping proficiency of at least 40 words per minute, validated by assessmentSubmission of a writing sample to illustrate competency

Monday -Friday7:00 AM to 3:30 PM$20.00 to $22.00
