Job Description:

Location: Pompano Beach, Florida

CoWorx Staffing is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join a nationwide logistics company in Pompano Beach, FL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You’ll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience.
These are temporary to hire opportunities starting at $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
• Monitor progress of delivery routes
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

Desired Background/Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations

Other Information:

Thursday to Monday, 11am to 8pm (Off Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
$16.00 per hour
