The CSR's primary role is creating and fostering a strong relationship between ConGlobal and our Customers.

Responsibilities

Customer Service Representative

Maintains accurate records of customers’ equipment inventory and relevant activitiesDevelops and maintain effective, professional communications with customersMaintains accurate records of all inbound and outbound equipmentInputs repair estimates for Owner of equipmentObtains requisite approvals from Leasers and/or OwnersSchedules equipment surveysAdjusts repair estimates per instructions from surveyor/owner/leaserUpdates TEC when equipment is repairedPrepares billing paperwork for repaired units dailyResponsible for monthly storage and handling billing reportsCoordinates scheduling of on-hires with yard supervisorWorks with shop supervisor to prioritize equipment repairUpdates TEC system with sales equipment repairs and movement

Qualifications Must have a high school diploma or equivalent educationShould be computer literate familiar with Microsoft softwareEnergetic and customer drivenGood organizational skillsEffective verbal and written communicationsCourteous customer communication skillsMust have a valid driver’s licenseConsistently exhibits satisfactorily levels of performanceHours are Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
