What success looks like in this role:
Administration of multiple Dell Cyber Recovery environments with emphasis in Data Domain and PPDM HW/SW.
Assist with Technical Escalations.
Troubleshoot technical issues in Data Protection environments running on the Mentioned Tools & Technologies to Resolution.
Available for Oncall support.
Evaluate and Analyze Performance reports.
Configure and maintain new Data Protection Recovery Environments.
Assist with Performance Analysis and tune the Overall Cyber Vault environment.
Execute Incident management, Change Management and Problem management in line with ITIL Standards.
Communicate project status, client updates etc.
Demonstrate creativity in performing tasks by identifying, proposing and implementing streamlining activities to reshape processes.
Track data protection systems capacity and propose appropriate measures proactively.
Work with other cross-functional teams to provide seamless Service Delivery.
Communicate issues and solutions that may affect the team.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent in experience) in computer science or related field.
5 Years of overall Experience in IT Services and Systems Management including Server Management.
Knowledge in the administration in Dell’s DPS (Data Protection Suite) with emphasis in Data Domain and PPDM.
Knowledge in Windows and UNIX Server Administration
AWS and Azure Cloud experience
Knowledgeable with ITIL Processes (Incident, Problem and Change Management).
Knowledge in using Service Management Tools such as ServiceNow.
Cyber Recovery, Data Domain, DPA, Cloud/AWS
Cyber Recovery vaults in AWS. Resource will assist with Health Check of multiple environments.
Documentation of various recovery scenarios.
Nice to have:
VxRail support working knowledge.
vCenter, ESXi working knowledge.
Dell Cyber Recovery, Data Domain, and DDVE support experience.
Switches and FW, knowledgeable.
Certifications in the following;
Dell Associate – Information Storage and Management.
Dell Associate – Backup Recovery.
Dell Data Protection Associate.
Dell Data Protection Specialist.
AWS Certified SysOps Administrator.
