We are seeking a Cyber Threat Technician to join our team of cybersecurity professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in threat detection and response and a CompTIA Security+ certification. The Cyber Threat Technician will work closely with other members of the cybersecurity team to detect, analyze, and respond to cyber threats.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze network traffic and system logs to identify potential security threatsRespond to security incidents and take appropriate action to mitigate the riskConduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate vulnerabilitiesInvestigate and document security incidents and provide recommendations for remediationCollaborate with other cybersecurity team members to develop and implement security policies and proceduresStay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats and trendsPerform security risk assessments and recommend measures to reduce risksParticipate in cybersecurity training and awareness programs for end-usersEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements related to cybersecurity
