**Job Summary** We areseekinga highly motivated and experiencedData Engineerdesign and implement enterprise-scale data analytics solutions on Microsoft Azure andMicrosoftFabric. This role will play a key part in building andmaintainingour data platform, ensuring data quality and accessibility for data-driven decision making across the organization. Over 17,000 organizations worldwide rely on SHI’s concierge approach to help them solve what’s next. **But the heartbeat of SHI is our employees – all 6,000 of them.** If you join our team, you’ll enjoy: + Our commitment to diversity, as the largest minority- and woman-owned enterprise in the U.S. + Continuous professional growth and leadership opportunities. + Health, wellness, and financial benefits to offer peace of mind to you and your family. + World-class facilities and the technology you need to thrive – in our offices or yours. **Responsibilities** _Include but not limited to:_ + Collaborate with stakeholders, including data engineers, data scientists, and AI engineers, to design and deploy enterprise-scale data analytics solutions on Azure andMSFabric. + Design and develop scalable data pipelines and API integrations for efficient data ingestion and processing. + Transform raw data into reusable analytics assets using Microsoft Fabric components, including data lakes, warehouses, notebooks, dataflows, data pipelines, semantic models, and reports. + Implement best practices for analytics within the Fabric platform, including version control and deployment. + Partner with solution architects to ensure seamless integration of analytics solutions into broader architectural designs. + Develop andmaintaindata quality frameworks and processes to ensure data accuracy and availability. + Perform data analysis to troubleshoot data-related issues andassistin resolution. + Define data models, design data integrations, and evaluate open source and vendor tools for data lineage. + Work closely with business units and engineering teams to develop a long-term data platform architecture strategy. + Write unit/integration tests, contribute to engineering documentation, and document work effectively. + Analyze and organize raw data, build data systems and pipelines, and prepare data for advanced analytics. + Collaborate with data scientists and architects on various projects to interpret trends, conduct complex data analysis, and build prototypes. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Computer Scienceor a related technical fieldor equivalent experience. + 4+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a similar role. + Proven experience designing, building, andmaintainingdata solutions on cloud platforms like Azure. **Required Skills** + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and tools, especially related to data analytics (Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Data Factory, etc.). + Strongproficiencyin Microsoft Fabric components, including data lakes, warehouses, notebooks, and data pipelines. + Solid understanding of data modeling principles and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. + Experience with schema design, dimensional data modeling, and managing data warehouse plans. + Expertisein data governance, security, and compliance best practices. + Strong programming skills in Python and SQL. + Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. + Experience with API Management(preferred). **Additional Information** + The estimated annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $170,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
