Performs billing and clerical duties. Other responsibilities include:
Responsible for the client billing processes within established deadlines.Responsible for project set-up and PIF preparation to ensure the proper set-up and budgeting of each project.Responsible for making sure that the office area is maintained neat and organized at all times.Responsible for the preparation of reports, correspondence, proposals, etc.Assist as requested for reception area including screening and directing phone calls.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications
High school or G.E.D. certification required. Minimum of 2 years administrative experience. Good time management skills and ability to balance short-term deadlines against long-term goals. Must have proven record of dependability. Works well with all types and levels of people, both inside and outside of the firm. Must be mature, responsible, dependable, and accurate individual. Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks. Must be self-motivated and have ability to work independently. Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization. Intermediate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook). Minimum typing speed of 55-60 wpm. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers. Ability to perform these mathematical skills using money and other forms of measurement.
