The Data Entry Specialist position in South Portland, Maine is responsible for assisting the data entry team with entry operations. You will have a solid understanding of computer processes, as well as the management and organization of files for relevant systems. Successful candidates will work with precision and intent, collaborate with team members, and be technologically inclined. This is a full time position.
Data Entry Specialist Qualifications:
Experience with MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Exhibit proficient typing skills
Ability to pay attention to details
Adapt to time constrained environments
Ability to commit to a 5 day, 40 hr work week
Strong PDF skills and knowledge
Exhibit sharp customer service skills
Ability to be confidential with client information
Data Entry Specialist Details:
Schedule: 40 hours, 8:30 a.m - 5:00 p.m, Mon - Fri
Pay Range: $18/Hr. to $19/Hr.
