About This Role RGP looking for Banking and Financial Services Industry Data Governance Consultants with strong Regulatory Reporting SME in the Regulatory Capital / Liquidity Risk space.  Most of client require Onsite Hybrid 2-4 days per week in Manhattan - NY, NY. What You Will Work On

Functional Data Governance Consultant Key Responsibilities:

Support implementation of Enterprise Data Governance Policy, ensuring accountability to targeted model and processes for Data Asset Management, Metadata Management, Data Quality, and Issue Resolution.Deliver Data Quality Scorecards, KPIs and Dashboards, analytical reports, and attestation packages for all processes in scope.Perform root-cause-analysis of data quality issues and assist in remediation of Audit and Regulatory feedback.Recommend process improvements for Data processes and enhancements to Data analytics and Data Quality tools.Support current Regulatory Reporting needs via existing platforms working with upstream Data Providers and Business Partners and relevant technologies.


What You Will Bring
You have extensive experience working at Big Banks or Large Financial Services Institutions with SME in Regulatory Capital and Regulatory Reporting Automation areas and Data Governance.You have strong Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Data Governance, Data Quality and Data Visualization skills.You have hands on experience within Regulatory Reporting framework in more than one of the following areas (Liquidity Risk Reporting, CCAR, LCR, NSFR, 2052a, FR Y-14, FR Y-9, Basel, RWA)You are experienced in establishing Data Governance structures and processes, including Data Quality, Data Issue Management, and Data StewardshipYou have operationalized and implemented a roadmap around Data Quality Attestation within US Regulatory Reporting and possess outstanding stakeholder communication skills.
