Establish advanced analysis and data visualization methodologies, models, and tools to derive intelligence outcomes and impacts. Technical developer skills required include, but are not limited to: Python, R, Java, JavaScript, PHP, Oracle, AngularJS, .NET, and Hadoop-related technologies. Assist in the establishment of data visualization concepts to better represent insights. Provide services related to data visualization and communication of complex quantitative concepts to non-technical audiences. Apply specialized experience in statistics and machine learning algorithms (how to gather, clean, and appropriately use data in models that address TSA mission needs), as well as coding and data visualization skills. Tasks and Duties will include:   Required: Bachelor’s degree or higher in an area applicable to the position plus the minimum years of relevant experience Education Years of Experience Bachelor’s Degree 4 Master’s Degree 2     Preferred: Microsoft Power BI and other relevant certifications Prior experience designing and delivering infographics across a range of media platforms. Experience with structured and unstructured data sets. Experience working with Microsoft Office suite, common Open-Source tools, and DHS data systems. Experience working with Python, Tableau, R, Java, JavaScript, PHP, Oracle, AngularJS, .NET, and Hadoop-related technologies. Ability to identify and process raw data, trends, analysis, and assessments in order to aggregate disparate information, leveraging both analytic and visualization tools. Intelligence analysis experience desired. Intelligence Community (IC); DHS intelligence analysis experience. Knowledge of data analytics, data visualization, data modeling Knowledge of developing data models and visualization strategies.
