What You Will Do:
Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Database Engineer supporting an enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation effort within the US Intelligence Community. Role and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead as part of a team that is responsible for the integration of the customer's legacy systems to Fusion HCM Cloud.
Support identity management requirements
Design and maintain databases, increase data storage capacity, and troubleshoot database functionality issues
Ensure database availability, scalability, and performance
Lead IaaS and PaaS administration and Oracle database administration.
Author/maintain standard operating procedures for O&M environments.
Solve challenging problems for the client/customer and provide innovative solutions.
What You Will Need:
A CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI federal security clearance with COUNTERINTELLIGECE (CI) Polygraph
FOURTEEN (14) years’ relevant database engineering, or related, experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
Four (4) years of integration experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET (TS)/SCI federal security clearance with FULLSCOPE (FS) Polygraph
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud code migration tools
Experience with Oracle HCM cloud upgrade, support, and maintenance tools
Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM administration (User management, Process Scheduling, etc.)
Exposure to Linux environment
In lieu of Oracle products experience, a motivated self-starter who is willing to learn Oracle SaaS applications and environments
