In this role, you'll support our mission of Smiles For Everyone® by overseeing daily operations, fostering a positive patient experience, and supporting the success of the team.
Schedule (days/hours) Monday-Saturday ResponsibilitiesYou’ll be an important member of the operations team, helping to realize revenue targets, manage annual budgets, and create strategic business plans for six to 10 locations within your market. We hope you love to travel, because you’ll be spending time at multiple offices, working with them to develop plans that will help them meet revenue and budget objectives, while ensuring each office is effectively maintaining and executing operational standards. You’ll also be:
Ensuring services comply with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirementsAnalyzing financial trend data and balancing operations costsRecruiting, hiring, and developing Managers who can build teams dedicated to providing exceptional patient careSupervising district Office Managers and coaching, giving performance appraisals and corrective action when necessaryCommunicating with Office and Dental leadership to ensure they have necessary supportLeveraging market advertising, marketing and sales to each office’s best advantageEngaging with providers to build strong relationships while supporting them and ensuring their success Qualifications A minimum of 3 years’ experience successfully managing multiple locations, budgets and P&L, with tangible resultsA successful track record of identifying, selecting, developing and retaining talentThe proven ability to diagnose, analyze, and solve business problems, quickly moving from concept to actionThe demonstrated ability to manage change, build strong relationships with employees, and proven financial acumenA strong commitment to providing superior customer serviceExcellent verbal and written communication skills AboutCompensation Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
