In this role, you'll support our mission of Smiles For Everyone® by overseeing daily operations, fostering a positive patient experience, and supporting the success of the team.
Schedule (days/hours) Clinical Hours: Monday-Thursday 7a-5p, Friday 7a-12p Responsibilities Overseeing patient scheduling, managing collections and receivables, getting supplies and navigating other operational expensesKeeping an eye on staff productivity and supporting the team where necessaryManaging staff trainings on patient care, equipment monitoring, maintenance duties and compliance Qualifications At least one year of experience as an office manager in a Dental officeExperience leading a teamKnowledge of dental terminology AboutCompensation Range: $28 - $33 per hour
