Specifically, you will be charged with overseeing the development and implementation of the annual TTA plans, providing strategic direction and working closely with the Director to achieve key program goals and objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** **Supervision:** The position will supervise other staff and ensure efficient collaboration and coordination of tasks while providing opportunities for professional development and individual employee skill building. **Strategy Support** : Assist the Director in developing and implementing staff professional development, and coordination of overall task management. **Decision-Making** : Participate in decision-making processes, providing guidance and support to the Director. **Project Oversight** : Oversee the development and implementation of deliverable timelines and overall successful task delivery. **Representation** : Represent OVC HTC at meetings, conferences and other events as needed **Additional Responsibilities** : + Supporting and coordinating with HT team on a variety of human trafficking related virtual training events and support conversations. + Experience with building established working relationships in collaborative teams that have diversity in thought, roles and expectations. + Effectively interacting and providing responsive information to representatives from the U.S. Department of Justice and other Federal bureaus and offices, state government offices, as well as members of the allied professions, victim service and advocacy organizations, statewide coalitions and also survivors of crime. **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in the social sciences, criminal justice, victimology, or related field. + Minimum 8 years of experience working in anti-trafficking programs. + Minimum 5 years experience in the development, delivery, and management of training and technical assistance. **Additional Skills we expect you to have:** + Knowledge of the impact to victims, family members, responders and communities impacted by human trafficking and the poly-victimization and intersections of other crime categories such as domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse and neglect, and forced criminality. + Knowledge of trauma and the impact on victim service providers and other stakeholders and partners. + Experience in the development, delivery, and management of training and technical assistance. + Working knowledge of the mission and programs of the Office for Victims of Crime. + Excellent oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation, public education, and trauma-sensitive communications. + Experience working in virtual environments and experience with online learning platforms for training and/or meetings. **Preferred Skills/Experience:** + Master’s degree in social work, sociology, or related social sciences field. + Demonstrated ability to develop and oversee project and task timelines and ensure quality assurance over a variety of deliverables. + Knowledge of national, state, and local organizations and allied professionals that serve victims of human trafficking. + Knowledge of components of the Office of Justice Programs. + Familiarity with working in a corporate culture. **Professional Skills you will use this role:** + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). + Ability to produce high-quality work. + Ability to be flexible, detail-oriented, and manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment. + Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. + Strong team player with the ability to take initiative, and work well independently and in a virtual/remote environment. \#JWPCD \#SPVSICF \#LI-CC1 \#Indeed **Working at ICF** ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants. The pay range for this position is: $76,848.00 - $130,642.00 Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
