We are currently seeking a Full-Time Desktop Support Specialist to support our customer in Rome, NY Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-4:30PM. \n

The individual selected for this role will provide end-user support consisting of remote service and\/or desk side support in response to end user requests for assistance. Job duties may include, but are not limited to:\n\nPC Deployment\nConfiguration, Maintenance and troubleshooting for Information Systems, peripherals, communication devices and various operating systems. \nSoftware Installation\nProvide O\/S support for both MAC and PC systems. \nCreate\/Maintain User Accounts\n\n

Position Requirements Include:\n\nMinimum of an A+ Certification.\nSecret Clearance - we can work with individuals to acquire a clearance, but employment cannot commence until the clearance is granted. \n\n
