Witco is a not-for-profit community rehabilitation organization helping citizens with disabilities since 1974. The DSC directs, oversees, and monitors developmental and rehabilitation programs for participants with disabilities. The DSC serves as a leader training, supervising and mentoring mission based developmental service staff. The DSC maintains effective working relationships with staff and other community support providers to ensure all participants are afforded t he opportunity to reach their goals and maximum level of achievement.
