In ResMed SaaS, we are in search of a dynamic engineer to join our Identity and Access Management Team (IDM). The ideal candidate will embody a spirit of energy, creativity, and analytical thinking, coupled with a proactive approach. While leveraging your existing skills, you'll be encouraged to continually enhance your security expertise on the job. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll drive software delivery, anchoring a foundation of robust security capabilities that empower our developers to craft outstanding products. We value professionals who can integrate diverse processes and technologies into valuable products, while staying updated with Java and deepening their knowledge of security best practices.

Let’s talk about the role

Design, implement, and support standard Authorization and Authentication solutions.

When custom components are needed: design, develop, test, document, and support Java/Angular/React solutions.

Effectively communicate strategies & trade-offs to senior leaders and be able to hold a technical discussion with the development team.

Deliver quality product within agreed upon timelines.

Work closely with the InfoSec team on identifying and implementing all security requirements.

Frequently leads sub-functional teams or projects and train and mentor junior team members.

Code review and/or automate everything!

Be both customer-obsessed and a strong advocate for Platform Solutions.

Work with architecture and product as needed to develop team roadmaps.

Enthusiastic, high-energy individual, self-motivated, people-oriented, and self-directed.

Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience.

4+ years of experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar technology.

4+ years of experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

3+ years of experience with AWS.

2+ years of experience with Terraform of similar technology.

Experience with RESTful Web Services use the micro service pattern.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proven track record dealing well with ambiguity, building strategy, effectively prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrable experience building and shipping high-quality software in a customer centric culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

Good knowledge in Java and Spring Boot

Working knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server (or equivalent database technology).

Working knowledge of least one IAM tool (Okta, Azure AD, KeyCloak, Auth0, Ping, OneLogin, etc.).

Knowledge of the Long-Term and Post-Acute Care Industry (LTPAC) a big plus.

Previous experience in healthcare IT.
