Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dialysis Technician: 

Provides direct patient care including performing patient treatment from start to finish and handling daily operations between patient and dialysis machine.Responsible for basic water room testing related tasks.Responsible for opening and closing the unit and water room.Responds to machine alarms according to established procedures.Responds to emergency situations with appropriate treatment as directed by the RN.Assists in the patient discharge and transfer practices, as directed by the RNPerforms dialysis required laboratory procedures and quality controlLocation:Franciscan DialysisText One Of Our Recruiters:Stephanie (502) 661-6032What We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalentValid and current CPR certificationMust have prior experience in a medical setting or customer service environment.One year recent experience as a Dialysis Technician, Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, Phlebotomist, Surgical Technician, First Responder, EMT, ED Tech or LPN, Nursing Assistant preferred.Must obtain CMS recognized certification as a Dialysis Technician within 18 months of hireDemonstrates basic computer skills and proficiency in MD Word and OutlookLife At Trilogy:
